Oh my sweet, salty friends...we have great glories ahead. For on May 25, from 7-10PM, we will launch the inaugural “Burgers, Bourbon, & Beethoven” Fest, featuring a cook-off with two competing burger recipes, a tasting of whiskeys, and a performance of Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony by the String Orchestra of Brooklyn.
It will be - and this is an actual fact - the single greatest event ever conceived in the history of humanity.
The competitors for the coveted Golden Spatula will be Harlem Public and Madcap Cafe, with their burger recipes rated by the audience in real-time on Burger Club. Whiskeys will be provided by Angel's Envy, Blackened American Whiskey, Five & 20, NY Distilling Co, Van Brunt Stillhouse, Widow Jane, and more.

Peanut butter - counterintuitive but wonderful. a little overcooked and otherwise plain!
I wanted to adore this burger. The toppings were the real source of the flavor here, and they were so delicious. I love a medium-rare burger, but mine was cold and raw in the center.
