Wasn’t expecting the blue cheese in the *middle* of the patty but was pleasantly surprised by the texture and overall taste. Maybe a little too much cheese (some of which conveniently fell out of the burger), but overall this was a damn good burger. (Also high marks for general ambience and subtle call outs to eponymous poet laurate of Brooklyn and all bridges so named.)

This was an amazing mixture of flavors and textures!!

The shrimp was perfectly cooked and went really well with the burger. High marks for harmoniousness!

I wanted to eat more of these sliders, I loved it so much.
