It’s hard to find a decent impossible burger and this nearly got there. If there was a bit more flavor/spices added to the burger “meat” it would have been way better. Loved the toppings but wanted more of them. Overall decent experience, what’s usually a soggy vegetarian nightmare was halfway decent today.

About the best one can expect in the overhyped “smash” category. Lipstick on a pig (cow). If your beef is of middling quality, smash it up and overcook it. It’ll be tasty. But you deserve better. Above average cheese.

Inconsistent in flavor of bites, but tasty overall. American cheese forward, moments of char and spice, i just wish they could come together in a mouthful. Tater totes were great, music was ready for a red velvet rope and a bouncer at 4:45, but i suppose you give the kids what they crave. Good but would not seek it out.

Triple smash no cheese was all meaty goodness. Patties were salty and juicy. Wouldn't go out of my way for the burger, but wouldn't complain to have it again

Good overall with some noticeable flaws. Smashed patties should lead with texture and char, but those Maillard reaction did not punch through; the patties could have done with more smash, more char. They were cooked well and the American cheese held it together nicely, nothing was dry. Beef flavor, like its preparation, was good but not present enough. The bun and sauce were solid. It was surprisingly garnished with alternating pickles and jalapeños, which was a nice idea, but would have been a more-consistent experience worked into the sauce or presented as spicy pickles instead of the mix of them both. The standout was the tater tots. Fucking great tots.

I wish we were at a casino, ‘cause 7’s across the board pretty much for me. It’s tasty, it’s hit the spot… but nothing special. If you’re at a brewery and they have this burger on offer, great, I’ll eat it. I’m not coming here specifically for this burger, meanwhile the All or Nothing IPA on tap I’ll be thinking about for a while.

This is a very tasty burger. Not one that I’d seek out but one that I’d gladly accept if offered, or if in the neighborhood and hungry for a burger and beer. The meat is masked behind the char, cheese, sauce, toppings, so it barely plays a role beyond texture. But the variety of taste combos (jalapeños!) makes for a lovely journey. The fries are beautiful - high end McDonald’s and I love it. Paired with a Threes brew, it makes for a satisfying experience. A great burger? No. A very good one? I’ll give it that.
