Holy sweet, shivering meat-sweats...this was a profound burgering experience. The Suprema Burger lived up to its name, claiming the top spot on our hallowed Top 10.
Words like "life-changing" and "perfection" and "fucking good burger" were batted about like so many shuttlecocks at a badminton tournament...and rightly so - as the downright exquisite balance and creamy beauty of this concoction was enough to shake even the most jaded patty-fanatic down to the very core. The proprietary blend of beef was baked to seal the fat in, mixed with black garlic spread, Iberico Bellota jamon, smothered in roasted tomatoes and then covered in the most beautiful layer of aged cheddar...and then laid decadently atop a brioche bun that somehow managed to hold the whole mess together with flawless elegance.
It doesn't come with fries, it comes with roasted Brussels sprouts in aged balsamic vinegar that somehow are even better than fries. The ambiance is bustling yet intimate. The chef Stephen is a charming champion, and the manager Angelique is like a saucy french ray of rainbow majesty. They comped us a round of drinks and dessert, and that was AFTER we'd rated!
I don't even know what to say. Just go get this damn burger and eat it.
This is the highest rating I’ve ever given a burger, and I’m not apologizing. This is a singular glory of a burger. A masterpiece. A Manet mixed with a Monet covered in cheese and made magnificent. The harmoniousness is off the charts. Normally I’d dock the lack of fries, but the Brussels sprouts are a perfect accompaniment. Flawless. And Angelique is vraiment parfait, 10/10.
This is a fantastic burger. The only thing I wished for was a little more flavor in the meat, but overall I was super happy. Hard to find a negative in this burger at all.

Oui oui! There are not many life-changing burgers you’ll have in your life, but this is one of them. From the presentation to the melting cheese, every moment was a sumptuous burger journey. As a sides purest, who prefers French fries, I was even a fan of the Brussels sprouts, which were prettying effing great. As the French lady said, “this is a fucking good burger.” *chef’s kiss

I want more! It was close to Perfection, silky feeling to the bite, almost like eating fondue... AMAZING! I did not taste the black garlic sauce , and I did not miss it, or maybe the sauce was hidden well to enhance the cheese & meat flavor, I have no idea. What ever it was, please do not change. Great service & very friendly staff.

Delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked - accorinding to the manager, in the oven - and the toppings blended in nicely. The side of Brussels sprouts in lieu of fries were really tasty, as well. My only criticism is that I expected the aged cheddar to be more intense in flavor.
Eeverything felt sophisticated without being pretentious. Perfect with and without hangover!
Amazing Franco-Italian-crafted American meal. Components of it blend as well as does Rimsky and Korsakov.
